DEFCON 2 and smokes goose

OK, the best two thanksgiving to the inlaws was:
a smoked goose that I asked if "the turkey was enough"
lotsa funny looks( I had a smoked 18# turkey and a 21# oven baked too)
te second was the Defcon 2 bottle of sauce. they looked at me like I was going to eat animal tranquizers or toxic waste.
After telling the nephews it was a scovie winning sauce(explained scovies) we all took a taste. I have two coming next week for wings and will do a review from there, but it was damn tasty from a spoon and expect great wings in the near furture.

Thanks Fatalliman, I always enjoy hearing the tales of people's reactions to not only the bottles, but the product itself (normally the only reactions I get is for the #1 and ZERO).

I just tried a swallow of the 1 and you're right. The heat does keep building. Love that stuff! Is it extract sauce?
