Dos Tacos

As usual. I start by getting a crisp on some pulled pork.

 
The other players: chopped white onion/cilantro, salsa roja, and cotija cheese.

 
Corn tortillas on the griddle.

 
 
With a side of arroz mexicana, lunch is served.  (Beer not pictured.)
