I'm sorry if it's common knowledge, but I'm not familiar with the name Lucy. What type of pepper is that, and where did you have it tested? Your peppers are beautiful. Do the orange Fatalis have a different flavor than the yellow?

I crossed a Seven pod Jonah with a Naga Viper four seasons ago both ways and have been growing them out over the past
few seasons.
I called one Katie and the other Lucy after my two daughters.
Ive been sampling them each season against other pods ive grown Brain strain Butch T ect and they were coming out
hotter and with a better flavor.
Also the number of pods produced was very good on nice robust plants.
So this season i decided to get then tested by Warwick university crop Centre Mineral Analysis laboratory.
The Katie Came in at 1.001 million Scovilles units.
The Lucy came in at 1.336 million Scoville units.
This was from a sample of 250 grms of each pod taken from 3 separate plants of each type.
I produced the Fatalii Orange by Crossing a Fatalii Female with a Naga Viper also 4 seasons ago
the F1 all grew red pods, the F2 pods some were red and some were orange i only grew the seed from the
orange pods fror the F3 in the photo above.
The pods are slightly hotter than Fatalii Yellow with a more peppery taste like the Fatalii Red.
Nick, I actually have seeds for the Lucy and the Katie. I got them in a trade with some one else from the UK. I forgot his name though. It was on a chile group on Facebook.
