This is my very first sauce review and holy hell, what a fantastic one to start with. A huge thanks to PexPeppers for the opportunity to try this amazing sauce. Get the KillerSwarm, before it gets you!!!

This is the perfect example of why sauces don`t have to be stuffed full of ingredients to be great. The ingredients list is,

Trinidad Red Scorpions, White distilled vinegar, Wildflower honey and Lime juice. 

That`s it! And you can taste every single ingredient. 

There is an amazing balance to this sauce that makes it soar. It isn`t complicated, but is just amazingly well put together. It sings on the palate without putting a note wrong and it is utterly delicious. I`ve eaten a lot of hot sauces that are just blah, flat and dull. This is the opposite of that and I expect it would spice up all sorts of foods. Quite frankly, I`m going to eat this whole bottle with a spoon. It really is THAT good!!!

I just got my bottle of killerSwarm today from PexPeppers and holy cow is it tasty and HOT. I was tricked by the lateness of the heat and wasn't prepared for it. The sauce burned some in my throat but in the stomach more than anything I have ever had although I tried it on a empty stomach. I had no where near as much as Nigel did. My hat is off to you man. I also agree that this is a very clean tasting sauce. It is absolutely delicious and well balanced. Soon as I had the sauce in my mouth I got hit with the sweet honey and lime with a taste of the scorpion pepper and then about 4 seconds after that the heat blast you but still with that sweetness in the background. Very happy with this purchase. This sauce means business so be careful with it.
 
I have to say,,, I really like KillerSwarm as well I use up to 1/12 TS to 1 lb beef to make Jerky and it's Great!!!!! I have been thinking of doing my own Review of it but Don't think I could do better then Nigel!!! I haven't had a Red TS but the Yellow one and Killerswarm almost tasted the same as in Fresh TS pepper taste well done Pex!!!

I will then but

#1 no way will I try a full teaspoon like Nigel I am not at that level!!

#2 I have wrecked my Gut, Acid-reflex all night and my gut is a mess today.

So in a few days after my guts is better I will!

1 teaspoon of Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) in 8oz water. You may need to drink it twice if the reflux is bad enough.
