If I buy hot peppers here on TheHotPepper - and consume them from a seller that does not care to purchase liability insurance ?
Who do I hold responsible ?
TheHotPepper for allowing them to sell ?
Take BakersPeppers.
This guy sells dried peppers ? But on the package it says 'not labeled for human consumption'.
So, rather than do it RIGHT ? like CaJohn ? or say Ed ?
He chooses to just play games that he's selling a product not labeled for human consumption.
The posts littered throughout THP clearly infer - they ARE intended for consumption.
So, if I get say Lsyteria ? Who do I sue ?
The Hot Pepper website ? for allowing this kind of half baked amateur 'put me at risk' type of operation ?
Or Bakers Peppers - or frankly - ANYONE here who sells food products without liability insurance.
The FDA has been forwarded a list of ALL SELLERS here - who have INFERRED CONSUMPTION
TheHotPepper IS responsible for making SURE no illegal sales take place here.
I DID get sick from one of the sellers here.
I AM SEEKING COMPENSATION.
And it PROBABLY WILL BE BIG.
And they do NOT HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE.
But... They DID SELL A FOOD PRODUCT HERE.
I just want to know
WHO DO YOU SUE ?
TheHotPepper ? for trying to make a quick buck from people who have no right to sell produce without license or liability insurance ?
Or those who are also trying to just get in for a quick buck - and lie anywhere in between ? as to their intent.

If you want to sell produce, BUY THE LIABILITY INSURANCE PLEASE.
