EcoPlus Air Pump - Compost Tea (Ship to QC, Canada)

Hi there folks,
 
I'm getting prepared for this summer's growing season and want to find an adequate air pump for doing AACT.
 
Since I will most likely brew 5 gallon pail, I would like to go with EcoPlus 18w pump for 38L/min.

Although, the shipping is pretty expensive.
 
Questions:
 
1- Any of your Canadians know where I could source this product for less shipping cost or a similar product?
2- What are your opinions on this product?
