Do anyone know of a good price place where you can get the design and print on cardboard box that will fit a 5 oz woozy bottle?

I printed a couple on cardstock with Lazer printer did not come out bad at all

Im not asking for labels. I might have outlined the question wrong. What I mean is a cardboard box where you put the bottle inside. Like a tabasco comes in a box.

yip thats what i meant as well ......i got a template of the net did the design inside guide lines.......printed.... cut out .....and stuck together with clear thin stationary double side tape.

google "custom packaging", there's lots of companies that do it.  You'll probably want to look for one close to you for shipping etc.  They will likely have a several thousand minimum.
