Hot fudge

Smileyguy sent me some chocolate scorpian powder a little while back that I have been dying to use. Well tonight I threw together some of my "easy fudge" and added about a 1/4 teaspoon of powdered chocolate scorpian pepper (wanted it kinda tame so wife could enjoy too). The batch was about half the regular amount (I ran out of powdered sugar) and I made it a little runny.

I'll be damned if we didn't attack that stuff like Agustus Gloop in "Charley and the Chocolate factory."

The burn was nice and just right for my wife.

If it was for just me then maybe 1/2 teaspoon for that 1/2 batch of fudge.

heh i made fudge last night and I almost added hot peppers. I am holding back my obsession I guess

I think my wife is turning chilihead. She asked me to make another batch. I doubled it and let her add the powder(so she had control of her heat). She added a full 1/2 teaspoon this time & a smidge more with a grin.

She collects these tiny rubber ducks and decorated this one to celebrate her new love for heat. Note the sweat on the brow.

Used Maruga powder to make fudge Saturday night. Awsome! A bit much for my wife though. Wife likes the Chocolate Scorpian powder better.

I prefer my peppers with a bit of fudge in them personally. Much to the hatred of my lunch table when they try to take my food. Except this one Indian kid; I need to pretend to have used reaper dust in a 1:1 ratio with fudge before he keeps his hands off.
