bottling First bottling of the season!

Well, I made my first batch of Eternal Damnation BBQ today. It's a South Carolina-style mustard and vinegar sauce, albeit a bit thicker. Used some Reaper powder from Pepper Rich and some smoked yellow 7 pot powder from our fellow THP member, bhut camp (thanks bud!)
It's also got quite a bit of sugar, a little pepper, some butter, soy sauce, liquid smoke and instead of water, a bit of orange liquor. It's damn tasty and fiery hot! Got 3 8oz woozies and half a small paste jar. In the refeer now to mingle, then it's test time!

Thanks all! Next up is my Boston Maascre BBQ. It's a tomato based BBQ with blackstrap molasses, real New England maple syrup, whole berry cranberry sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wildflower honey, cider vinegar, and a wicked lot of smoked powder. For this one, I'm using apple and hickory smoked 7 pot powder (brain strain, chuguanas, infinity and barrack) and red pear smoked 7 pot (not sure which strains)
