My yarden! Updated 15 June

Living in Northern Michigan makes it tough to grow peppers, but last year I did pretty good. I had Fatalii and Naga Morich pump out hundreds of pods from each plant, so this year I wanted to go bigger. And since I'm moving next summer I need to get enough to make it through next year. I was fortunate enough to have met several very helpful and nice people who sent me seeds to use.  So here we go:

01DEC13: first seeds soak overnight in water.  I had 10 times more seed varieties than I could ever grow, so went with what I though would give me big yeilds.

TSMoruga red, yellow - MGOLD 86<---also sent awesome powders and peppers, thanks again man!!
Brainstrain red, yellow- MGOLD 86
Primo- smileyguy697<----sent me more crazy strains than I know what to do with, thanks buddy!!!
Chocolate Scorpion- smileyguy697
Savannah- smileyguy697

I also have 2 ow's each of Fatalii, Naga Morich

Here's after I moved them to our extra bedroom that we turned into a growroom:

Space blanket reflectors to make it extra classy:

Then, not much really happened until just recently.  I bought a couple rolls of plastic mesh barrier material and sewed them into 27 10 gallon, 1 25+gallon bags and filled with ammended local dirt:

The wife helped me transplant them, I left them in the garage for 2 weeks to harden the F up:

Then the backbreaking chore of moving all of them to the south side of the house. My horseradish is in a 30 gallon pot:

And the rest:

I'll probably be putting some mulch on the tops of the bags in the next few days.  Well, that's about it for now. It's raining today, so their first feeding of nutrients in the sun will have to wait a day or 2.

This Naga Morich overwinter is ready to get moved up from it's little pot!

And now in a 7 gallon to perk it up before I give it to a co-worker

We are going to get some rain today, but hopefully NOT the hail that is predicted :shame:

I think that the s are starting to bounce back from being moved outdoors, new growth on all of them. Hopefully their summer growing phase is kicking in!!

The feedings are stepped up all the way to heavy every 2nd day now. Combined with the rain we have had nearly everyday, I'm expecting a big burst of growth. I'll be deployed for 2 weeks in a bit and the wife will be taking care of them while I'm away, she'll only be watering with no feedings. I hope that they do OK.

No garden pics, but the wife and I had fun yesterday. We and a few people I work with did the Xtreme Muck Ruck and had a good time. The wife even climbed the 20ft rope that most men were unable to do!

From the xtreme muck ruck site..."Keep in mind you will get wet, dirty and very muddy."

Why do you guys look so clean? lol...

Back home again after a little 2 week deployment. The weather has been cold and rainy, days in the 60's and nights in the low 50's, so there hasn't been too much growth :tear:  Not the season I was hoping for.  But, it'll be OK. We still have a few months left to go yet.

I'm just happy that all of my plants are LOADED with flowers and buds like this at every intersection:

The mystery plant is still winning, any guess on what they could be?

Chocolate TS has just one pod, but it's a good one:

Poorly, and late, pruned Fatalii looks like a bonsai:

That's it for now, hoping that some warmer weather will get a bit more growth. Things are going to be poppin' in no time!!
