Haha! They say on their site "Although the Jalapeno no longer figures in the hottest 10 chillies in the world, it still packs a punch if you eat enough of them." How much? A ton?

I have ordered several times off them and have been overall happy with my orders. I did however order 3 superhot plants off them (Moruga scorp, choc douglah, red 7 pot) but got a jalapeno, cayanne, thai demon and a rocoto roja instead. I emailed that day and received the 3 that I ordered the next day plus a Caribbean hot plant so I was happy with how they dealt with the mix up, I have also bought fatalii, reaper, brainstrain, bhut, and butch t plants off them in past with no bother (1-2 days delivery).
The only complaint that I had with my dealings was (other than the mix up above) that the plants were not hardened and I burnt the first 3 I bought with a day of sunlight in the greenhouse; however, they did recover. I hardened up the other plants I ordered later over a week and had no problems with them.
Sorry you didn't get yours and I have read some of the reviews out there (after buying, lol), so maybe I just got lucky in my 4 purchases with them, I don't know.
