First Sauce

Ran off a couple small batches of sauce today.  Mustard Habanero and a Jigsaw sauce.  Initial taste tests have the Mustard sauce being hotter.  First time using malt vinegar and it is pretty good.  I still like Balsamic better, but wow, who knew all these vinegars existed.

That's garlic in the left bottle not seeds as both sauces went through the mill.
 
The red Jigsaw sauce is excellent.  Sweet to start and finishes with some heat.  The Mustard sauce is like eating spicy grapefruit juice.  It is going to need tweaked, but the Jigsaw is good to go onto a larger scale.
