Greetings,
I figured that I should introduce myself here before making posts in the other forums. I was born and raised in Trinidad, lived in NYC for a few years, and now reside in Texas. I grew up eating my parents home made hot sauce and only recently decided to try my hand at making my own.

I look forward to having heated conversation concerning the delightful art of creating hot sauces.
