Was relesed Blair's halloween reserve 2012?

I think he's asking if Blair ever released a Halloween 2012 edition and if he did if someone could post a picture of it.
 
 
Everything I see is saying it was delayed because of Hurricane Sandy.   I don't see were it was ever released.
 
I still have an order in for the 2012 and it has not shipped yet. The orders still exists in their system but never shipped due to Hurricane Sandy destroying them and almost everything else he had . The official word when I last asked is "they want to do something" but when is unknown. It will come eventually.
