Papaya Smoked Peach Bhut sauce

1 papaya, 1 hickory smoked peach bhut, 1 small yellow onion, 1/3 cup white vinegar, 1 whole lime peeled, 1 tbs brown sugar, 2 mdm garlic cloves, 1/2 tbs knowb of ginger, 1/8 tsp allspice, salt. Put it all in the vitamix and let it do its thing. Then i brought it to a boil then lowered to a simmer for 10 mins. Added brown sugar at the end and zested the lime peel. Also made a mini jar and put some coconut oil in it and stirred it in a bath of boiling water, turned out pretty good (lime in the coconut was my thought)

I hickory smoked some chicken breasts for soup as well as to smoke Wicked Mike's Peach Bhut (not in picture), trini mystery and brown 7pots. They're flavorful and hot! Highly reccomend them
