The garden is off to a good start

Now that I'm harvesting from the garden it's time to experiment in the grow room.

Three weeks ago this Fish Pepper started above ground.

I had it under intense LED light as soon as it sprouted and now its only 4" tall, in a 6" pot and getting root bound.  Look at how close the leaves are and all the new growth starting.

Its under twin 400 watt COB's being driven at 200 watts each for long life on the small heat sink and fan system.  Instead of growing fast toward the light it's barely growing up and bushing out like crazy.  LED's are on same timer as background T5's for other experiments of 16 / 8.  Nute's and water same for all.

Very nice new growth. Love the variegated leaves on the Fish. Neither of my Fish had the variegation and I was starting to think they weren't Fish at all. Luckily when I topped and pruned them all the new foliage coming in is variegated. Looks really great.

What's with the kudos??  The plant is alive, but showing a severe calcium deficeincy - bubbled leaves, curled edges.

Fix your nutrient problems before crowing about how well you're doing.
