Blacking of leaf veins/phloems/branches

So I noticed this the other day on some my plants

They still all have good color besides that and seem ok just curious if it's from the neem oil, fish spray or early sign of doom lol

Thanks
I stay pretty dry the peat keeps it a little more moist than I wanted but over I let them dry out nice mayb even wait the next day when I get that I need to water urge and I mulched the top and put the clayish dirt round the base of my plant so if ever get wet that would dry quicker and I water by soaking the pot not from top idk we ll see I guess if it pull thru

You would have to rebuild any bennie microbial colonies but if it's BLS you could soak the roots in peroxide and that should *help* with the infection, although may not get rid of it completely.  Best thing is probably letting them dry up a bit, I only water them when they wilt.  I've got some beds that never get watered at all
