The Fire of Nil's Indoor Grow!

So to get started I will have to post some photos from the history of these plants, luckily I have a good few that are decent photos!

This is the first picture of my Carolina Reaper, the first month and a half with this plant was rough as it seemed to not want to stay healthy at all. As you will see from the later photos I got it kickin' in high gear now. This was the plant on June 9th, 2015.

This guy... my Jalapeño pepper plant... he was eager to grow from the start, and is to-date one of the fastest growing plants I've raised indoors. This picture also from June 9th.

The next big decision was when I officially decided to make these two plants a full indoor grow. Unfortunately I only have one picture from around the move inside. This was taken June 21st.

This is also when I realized what a pain fungus gnats can be. They never got bad enough to harm the plants, but I still later nuked them all the same with BTi.

The next couple weeks don't have much in the way of pictures but I did eventually move them into the den where they are currently set and added a bit more serious supplemental LED light. This is when both plants started exploding with new growth and in the Jalapeño's case -- plenty of pods.

And the reaper had less photos since for awhile there it was no dice, the reaper seemed to be on it's last legs...
then...

And that brings us up to date.

Nice update .... really healthy plants for indoors ... do you leave the windows open so the plants get a natural flow of air or do you use a fan or do you take them outside then bring them back in the evening. Fungus gnats are a pain but you seem to have them under control bottom watering will always ensure that the top few centimetres of the medium where they live remains dry

The Reaper obviously didn't appreciate the sudden jump to a large pot and took time to adjust to its new home ...

All the best for the rest of the season

A fan is used twice a day for pollination and circulation, I tend to keep the window closed in general but I have a higher CO2 in my den then outside so that's part of it.
Some of the Jalapeño pods. Taken today. (getting decent pictures of all of them proved a tad difficult... too many leaves)

The pics are pretty big and I didn't feel like resizing them :P so here's a link instead.

2 picks of my strange sweet red hot pepper from the formerly-known-as-reaper plant, and my little fireballs - those jalapeños carried some serious heat, a local chili head told me to get them tested but I told him the worlds hottest jalapeño wasn't exactly a hot topic... lol

Confirmed that whatever the formerly-known-as-reaper is not stable, it is setting a different type of pod now, longer, looks like thinner walls, and it looks like it's going to be bumpy. Pics when the pods get larger.
