health I thought it was Calcium deficient..was I wrong. Help.

Well if you have a spray bottle mix up some dishwashing liquid with water and spray the plants down. This has to be repeated as the already laid eggs hatch.
 
Alternatively, plain water from a hose will blast a lot of them off too. Eggs probably not so much.

Yeah - Spinosad works well for lots of these horrible bugs.
