Hello,
I lost the tags for the names of my peppers, I do remember that there were 4 different kinds. 
I also will welcome any advises on when to harvest the peppers.

Do you remember what you planted?
 
Plant 1; looks sort of like a 7-Pot Brainstrain or maybe Madballz?
 
Plant 2; hard to tell with only pics of two pods.
 
Plant 3; maybe Moruga Scorpion?
 
Plant 4; no idea.
