This thread needs to be revitalized, lots of great stuff happeing here.
This is what I bought from costco, had the highest rating. Gonna try and make my own patties with chickpea, Bean and Quinoa

Do you have any dried mushrooms or powder? Works good for umami as well as a binder since no water, add the powder to your mix.

I have a real hard time calling anything veggie a burger. I think this is the one i really liked from Costco. It might have been another brand (Morning Star) but....

Costco Ca sells Gardenburger brand. Morning Star uses Canola oil.

Portobello Veg Burger
 
Onions stuffed in the caps with oregano and Turmeric Hab Sauce. Spinach Dipp and Garlic Dip on top with some sauce made from mushroom liquid. Chipotle dusted on patties for some smokiness. Baked.
Messy to eat but real taste

Caps stuffed with the pate and Turmeric Hab sauce, topped with CHipotle and onions, smoked cheddar at the end.
