Leaves discoloring

This plant looks strange, the leaves are having this color, and I don't know why. The coty looks green, but the leaves are growing like this. Any idea what could be? There are another 3-4 plants with this look, but most of them are normal. The soil mix was made for a larger number of plants. They are not the same plants, this one is Trinidad Perfume, and there are also 2 BOC plants with the same symptom.
 

 
 
This early on they should be green. Do you PH your water? What is your ph?
Imo, you would of lost the cotydelon leaves already if it was from overwatering.
 
It could be the soil or ph being thrown off and plant is locked out. If I was in your shoes, on the next watering, I would do a flush with ph 6.5 water then immediately after give them a 1/4 dose of well balance nutrients/macro nutrients, ph'd at 6.5
 
its because youre growing in a plastic cup.  Right out of the gate i would say its a moisture issue causing some sort of lock up but you say you definitely aren't over watering what does that mean? If its not water then it has to be the soil what is the mix you're using?  I flush is a good idea, when the soil drys but I wouldn't amend the soil until you know the cause.  If water is the issue more isnt going to help and if ferts are causing lock up more arent going to help.

I have always growing in plastic cups.
I say I am not over watering - it means the soil was dry.
The mixture is nothing special, it is a soil I bought in supermarket, mixed by me with some sand.
The truth is, I usually use perlit, and for those plants I ran out of perlit (I mean, some of those 4 plants getting discolored, plus others looking good).
 
the soil being dry once doesn't mean the plants haven't been overwatered.  You have to look at the prevailing conditions not the exception, just saying cause the soil looks wet in the pic. If the sand is the only difference than start there.  Theyre probably not draining as well. or maybe the soil is more compacted and oxygen isnt getting to the roots.

Could be a draining problem. As I told before, I ran out of perlit, and these plants had no perlit.
I didn't flush the plants. I took the plants, washed the root, dump the soil and put another soil, having perlit.
 
@tsurrie: is the same sand I have used in the last years.
