2016 Yellow 7 Pot Purée

The purée is delicious and hot.  The batch could have used a little less lime juice, but everything else was fine.  My pH meter isn’t perfectly calibrated, but I can tell that the sauce came in a very low and safe 2.3-2.7.
 
Ingredients:
 
34 (232.6 Grams) Frozen Yellow 7 Pot Peppers.
1 tablespoon Raw Blue Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
6 tablespoons lime juice
