I find this hard to believe.

They guy does react, but I tend to think one would need immediate medical attention, if this were indeed real, and I don't think he would have been able to tolerate a second hit right away.

I believe that police grade pepper spray is about 5.6 million scovilles. Vaping an ultra hot 2.2 million Scoville reaper would be like inhaling 1/3 strength pepper spray or catching it downwind but not direct.

Either way I would never even consider doing something like that.

I vaped ghost peppers this past weekend.  But that was just the bonus I got while cleaning up after making some hot sauce.
