after looking around all morning, i ordered one of these. reviews seem great all around, and the price point (under 100 bucks) was very attractive to me as a first-timer with literally zero canning/pressure cooking experience.
make me feel good about myself. will this thing work for me? all i really want to do is mess around and experiment with some salsa, pickles, sauce, etc. if i find success and fun with it, then i'd probably invest in a more serious piece of hardware. will it suffice for now?
