Shishito invited for lunch.

I got some Shishito peppers from GIP.
 
In a pan just wetted with olive oil:

 
Sauteed: 

 
Tossed with a little salt and fresh ground black pepper then plated alongside some dirty Quinoa dusted with GIP's Manzano powder:

 
 
...just in time to watch ladies' beach volleyball
(I know they wear tiny bikini uniforms but I just watch for the sport)

My man perving out to some volleyball.
I like that cooked quinoa looks like pepper seeds.
