Ive looked all over for red corked jalapenos and mild red gochu. Today i scored and a big box of each has my name on them when they come in. Prices were good and much better for a whole box. I got these and a tub of gochujang for about $8 total.
Im thinking a fermented red jalapeno hot sauce and a "kimchi" hot sauce. I shouldn't have any problems coming up with some well fermented kimchi juice.
