The day started just like any other, with a cup of black coffee and some toast. For some reason, ribs sounded really good. Except I had to go to work and didn't have all day to make food. Isn't that always the case.
Rub:
1/2 cup of light brown sugar, packed, then some
1/4 cup of Himalayan pink salt
1 tablespoon 'chile' powder
1 tablespoon ancho powder
1 tablespoon white habanero powder
1 tablespoon cayenne powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons of ground pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/3 teaspoon dried tyme
2/3 teaspoon cinnamon
Liquid:
1 can of cherry coke
2 shots of rum
