Craigie on Main has the #1 rated burger, and their 'burger vinaigrette' is just baby arugula tossed in the juices left behind resting the patty
... def rec, as a generic upgrade to any and all burgers now, lol ...
I posted my folly, as I typically do ... mayo first try, fail ... beignet bun attempts, fail ... buying but not incorporating brisket in the blend, silly particularly because it was two trips so they could separate and trim the packer ...
I really wanted a live-fire cook, personally, but it was raining ... and still is ...
Oh, worst part, lol ...
Wasted a little veal. So, the guy who has never eaten veal, let alone bought it - for ethical reasons - accidentally wastes baby cow life.
That made me sad.

I cut open my brown bag to look like butcher paper shots lol hey they look pretty good.

The igniter quit working on the grill, by the time i got my lighter out and lit it just seconds later there was enough gas that i got a nice fireball

You surprised me with a double burger I thought you would do 2 totally different things... can't argue with that choice tho after seeing it.
I forgot to use the Avocado I included in the POL/ingredients so i used it to make a Bacon,Lettuce,Avocado-schmear,Tomato sammich this afternoon
