Caesar Dressing

Lunch today, used what I had on hand.
 
My version :)
 
    1/2 garlic bulb
    8 anchovy / 1/4 cup mash
    3 tablespoons Natural ACV
    1 tbsp mustard powder
    1 tbsp Lea & Perrins
    1 avacado
    1 tbsp Red Habanero powder
    3 cups kefir
    1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, solid.
    1 tbs seasoning mix
 
Blitz
 
Could have used half the peppers, its hot, or use less dressing, other then that i was great. The Anchovies were sweet, nice brand, first time trying it :)
