Sorry to say but those look like  Cayenne & not Carolina Reaper.
 
I would suggest you check out  Semillas de ..the owner is a member of THP and very reputable   and  also   Chilifee.de
Semillas de  is in Spain,   Chilifee.de is in Germany.    There are also many vendors here on THP.
If you need any other help please ask..

Let me guess: ebay/aliexpress?
 
Long before I knew anything about hot peppers I got 200 "Carolina Reaper" seeds for $0.17 LOL
 
Planted them and got the same as you. Not even cayenne. I think that is the most common pepper out there in china so Tien Tsin maybe?
