Cant see it but the cheddar grilled on the bread then Egg salad topped. 
Boiled eggs mushed and my spicy Caesar dressing.

Was given some Quinoa Polenta, had it for a couple lunches, goes great with Cheese
 
Chipotle powder, Harissa. Cheddar Feta Cheese.

Because....
 
I don't always eat bacon.

Supper
My Raisin bread with a slap of Smoked cheddar fried, topped with tomatoes, Dill and red onions marinated in olive oil and oregano. Chipotle powder.

Potato Onion mix with oregano and caraway cooked on a griddle and then folded over cheddar slabs. My Turmeric Habanero sauce topping.
