It's frustrating to have a super new pepper to ship to friends when you have to pick when their orange not red. When ripe they just jump out of their caylyx!! Seriously! Other than the heat these things taste more like an exotic berry than a pepper
 
They need to be eaten or processed in the very near term!
 
They have a very short shelf life due to showing much of a frutescen trait and yummyness!
