Looks kind of like a Serrano pepper.  Every cayenne I've grown has more of a curve to it.  How long are they?

It's kind of hard to judge the size from the pictures, but it could be some kind of Thai pepper. Main reason for saying that is the upright/sideways growing peppers.

Could also be something like dragon cayenne, which I believe is cayenne x Thai.

Dragon Cayenne is a Thai Dragon and Cayenne cross. They can get kinda long for a Thai type pepper but mine were usually no more than 3". Mine were crazy hot also but i didnt care for the flavor.

And yeah, I didn't care too much for the flavor (I don't remember much of a flavor besides heat)
