Sweet chilli

Just a simple question: when one talks about sweet chilli as an ingredient of a recipe, what kind of chilli does one usually refer to?
 
The Term "sweet chilli" is normally referred to as a Thai chilli sauce, Fresno, Thai and Jalapeño being the norm used and Sugar.
