Well the growing season is about to wrap up here in Michigan (I am actually surprised how many fresh ripe pods are still coming in). It was an eventful year and first time growing peppers - let alone right from seeds. I got hit with Storms that blew all my plants over, Aphid Infestations, Pepper Maggots, Slugs and god knows what else.
Anyway I have been doing things to Preserve over the winter such as freezing the pods, pepper jelly and finally dehydrating them. I love the color.
