Sprouting Kamut (Khorasan wheat)

I used to use Kamut flour, video no work 
Nice video. I use Fife berries exclusively now so I should try and sprout them

One helpful tip, I use food grade peroxide when soaking, deals with any potential bacteria and gives the seeds a boost.
I have %35 solution and place about 3-4 drops in.
If you use natural Vinegar it might be ok but it might sterilize too... quick look I found this;
"OPTIONAL STEP (but a highly recommended one) – Add 1-2 TBS. of apple cider vinegar to your water during the soaking time. This will aid in the development of phytase, the enzyme needed to break down the phytic acid found in grains, nuts, beans, and seeds."

Some info on Peroxide, this is the site I get seeds from too. Just noticed lookes like they dont sell seeds to the us LOL

My Sprouts today after a wash.
Been munching on these and very surprised how sweet they are, like stevia sweetness without that aftertaste.
Dont get it on your skin, I store mine in the freezer (does not freeze).
