Homemade Spaghetti with toasted ravioli and garlic breadsticks.
For ravioli filling was thinking 4 cheese, mushrooms, spinach, garlic and ground pork. Run through the food processor so it's almost a paste.
Sauce is peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, pepper, garlic, onion, smoked el scorponero, water, brown sugar, red wine, basil, oregano, 2 bay leaves, kosher salt ect.
Starting to brown some meat, onions, mushrooms and garlic for the sauce. Might add black olives and make it more like a bolognese.
