Just to clarify, at a point in the video I mentioned that the heat was "up there" and said I could really only see myself cooking with it. My brain was moving a little faster than my mouth but the reason I see myself only using it for cooking has nothing to do with the heat. It was the overall flavor profile that makes me think it would be better for cooking rather than a topping. Apologies for any confusion.
