Those look delicious! I actualy had those for dinner the other night too. But they were the Ms. T brand with the loaded baked potatoe and 4 cheese. Then i put sauteed onions and sauerkraut on top
The heat is everywhere... Pretty deep huh? Lol only thing without heat it the rice. Fish has a little aleppo and i put chili powder on the pierogies before I pan fried them.
I was in Poland last Summer and this place in Warsaw had great peirogis and some unique flavors I'd not seen stateside in Chicago. Notably Salmon . . I've never had a fish pierogi before

Or a pirogi popper. Like a jalapno popper, you chop roasted jalapenos and mix with cream cheese, cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Then stuff and deep fry the pirogi. (ahhh yeahhhhh boiiii who wants to try????)
Screw it. Lets do it tonight! Pierogies 2 nights in a row? Why not. These will be from scratch though. Stuffing is going to be red chili pepper gournay cheese, potato, pickled jalapenos, cheddar and bacon.
Got the dough prepped. Simple recipe from online- 2 cups flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup warm water, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Gonna wrap this up in plastic til I'm ready for it. To be continued later tonight..
