Turkey dinner last night. Slow cooked in bag with spicy marinate, mixed juice with Alfredo sauce, was great a bit like Swiss Chalet sauce from a couple decades ago.

Topped with dry Leek powder.

That's a pretty cool rack/cage accessory.

oh my...that look delicious  :drooling:  :drooling:

ya kinda lost me with the mayo in the potato mix though     like a hot potato salad, or no   ?

I get it, i think... it still sounds good, i'm just trying to imagine it though.

would have never thought to include mayo with roasted potato, except maybe served as a cold potato salad.

anyway, it looks like a fantastic plate of awesomeness and flavour  :metal:

Food Porn Warning  :D

Supper tonight.

Bed of mixed greens and a couple slices Stilton.

Deep fried Chicken Breast and Potato topped with Turmeric Habanero sauce.

Balsamic vinegar overall.

Supper juicy/tender, best way to cook chicken.

Enjoying big cup coffee to digest right now :D

Turkey wings are freakin awesome roasted. Unfortunately all the mainstream supermarkets stopped selling them for some backwards dickhead reason, there's only the drumsticks which aren't as good. I suppose the butchers could probably get some in if asked.

Those look hella good man!

Cut up turkey this morning.

Marinated with Herbs and Habanero Powder.

Vac Packed then let sit in fridge for 6 hours to marinate then into freezer :)

Bits and pieces going into pie for tonight, post later, bones in crock pot.

Sorry about the pink grow lights, hard to get away from them since they light up the kitchen.

Turkey tails.

I want this.

Hate the subtitles.

If I recall correctly.

Helena's also has fried turkey tail.

But mrs. blues and I only made it to the parking lot.

And never went in to try.

Her step sister Joss got sick and couldn't meet us there.

So we diverted.

Joss is half Hawaiian.

Half haole.

Local girl.

She shacks up in Chinatown.

Anywhoooo.

Turkey tails are really hard to find in north Texas.

We sometimes get the smoke kine.

At my local Try-N-Save.

But thats it.

To be true.

I have no love of turkey.

My dear sweet mother ruined it for me as a kid.

When she started 'sperimenting.

'Merican style turkey and fixins.

We're bo-hunks for Christ sake!

But I loved the somewhat crispy turkey tail.

Still.

She and and my grandmother.

Have cooked the best food I've ever eaten.

Because.

Hungarians.
