Sounds good! Even with the coconut in there, I could even see that going on some grilled steak tacos or burritos, maybe! Definitely in a bowl of vanilla ice cream

Regular steak would be a stretch for me.  I've been dry aging steaks for a few years, and just eat them reversed seared with salt and pepper..  Tacos, oh yea, this may be a different taste!  Now ya got me jonsing for ice cream!

When I have added pineapple to my sauce I always think about pina coladas. I might have to try this one out
