Hi, I live in Guadalajara Mexico. My husband and I have been in Mexico for 5 years. I love chiles of all heat scales and currently have some ghost peppers growing out back. We were out of town for a week, went back to TX to do a few things, and now I have 20 ghost peppers on one plant, making it look like a Christmas tree. Time to make some sauce, I think. I have dried some of them and recently used them in a rib rib. They added a sweet heat to the ribs. Cheers, everyone!
