I'm Condimanaic. I run a blog that reviews sauces and do a lot of hot sauce.
I've been super impressed by the lovely community around hot sauces since I started it a few months ago, such a cool movement with some really artist people. It's kind of cool too, like craft beer was about 5 years ago. I wouldn't profess myself to be an expert yet but i'm learning fast and loving every moment of it.
Anyway just saying hi, i'll be taking a look around the forum and seeing what it's all about!
