contest Growdown Throwdown 2019 Sri Lanka - Chilli Red!

Ah, soon the wailing, the gnashing of teeth, the damping off, the failed helmet removal attempts....

...maybe a Spring fawn, wandering through, looking for something tender, young and sweet to nibble...

Just one. Missed. Watering.

One. Nute. Too many.

Gotta love the smell of the first few weeks of competition!!

First true leaves poking out means it's time to pot up.   ;)

Also my $8 keyboard is slowly giving up one key at a time.  Most frustrating....

As read by William Shatner?

So these came in today and much to my surprise they were from Sri Lanka lol, seeds are identical to ones Andy sent. I wont be able to start them for couple months as the seed starter is full now, I will compare peppers and no I will not use for grow down Guru lol wouldnt be worth it anyway since Id be 2 months behind.

That's neat! I promise you they aren't the same though! Trust me ;) DO grow them BOTH out and post the different results though!

It's not that starting them would put you two months behind and not be worth it, its that they aren't the same and therefore can't be used in the grow down. Being late to the party doesn't mean you won't win either! Just look at last year ;)

They look a little dry, don't they?  Best give them a good immersive soak overnight.  A strong bleach solution will help kill any fungus or pests.  :P

I am already feeding them 100% h2o2 twice dailiy. So I am not worried about any Pests.

BTW thanks for your advice of maintaining 150 degrees. Looks like it worked. My seeds would have been fried if I maintained the temps at my usual 180
