I've been homebrewing beer about 12 years, and for the past couple years or so I've been fermenting food. My kimchi's gotten pretty good, as has my sauerkraut. Only recently have I gotten into fermenting hot peppers, but I've been a fan of hot sauce and spicy foods for a long time.
I've got an 8 month old little girl, two little white dogs, and an awesome wife-all who put up with my antics one way or another.
I'm happy I've stumbled across this little corner of the web and can't wait to learn and contribute!
