Hey hey

Hey y'all new member here. My name's Zach, recently started making my own hot sauce and have really been enjoying it. Started with a Ziploc bag of Scotch Bonnets and Trinidad Scorpions my Dad had grown, used the recipe he used. It came out so good I had to keep going. I've made about 8 different batches of sauce so far, and love finding new victims, er, I mean tasters to try my concoctions. Recently made a batch of jalepeno, habanero, moonshine and blackberries that was a big hit, and a batch of jalepeno, habanero and pickle juice that has been quite popular with friends and co-workers. Now I'm growing several types of peppers and keep thinking about different recipes I want to try. This site has been really helpful so far and I look forward to talking with y'all!
