Greetings from Toronto!

Hi all. I'm a hot sauce obsessed new grower living in the heart of Toronto. Hardly rustic growing terrain but I recently moved and have a small garden for the first time in nearly a decade. I recently transplanted Scotch Bonnet, Chocolate Habanero, Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, and Ghost plants into my small garden with hopes of concocting some delicious homemade pepper sauce.
 
Is anybody able to help me identify what is going on here with my Scorpions? Is this fungal and do I need to be worried about this spreading to the other plants? Currently none of the other varietals have these blemishes. Any help would be massively appreciated.
