How long until true leaves?

Hi all, my little Biker Billy's are getting the sun and water they need and are definitely growing. I'm still at 2 "leaves" for lack of a better term. How soon can I expect true leaves? 
 
Background info: late start to seedlings I know, seedlings sprouted (with leaves/shed coat) around July 4th, are in window sill for probably 10-12 hours of sun per day in my seed start mix. 

From my experience once the first original set open up, for regular Jalas about 1-2 weeks more and you should have a second set.
 
These are some sugar rush peach baccatums seeds from the pod I started on 6/26/19.
First pic is 6 days after planting seeds, next pic is right now or 10 days after first pic....
