Ol' Stuga

If y'all find yourself driving along I-135 & have the munchies, stop off in Lindsborg & go to the Ol' Stuga. Get their Brent Nelson sammich. It's smoked sausage w/ bbq sauce, pepper jack, & sharp cheddar. It's messy but delicious. I went to college in Lindsborg & have many fond memories of that place. I just started jonesin' for one of those so I thought I'd post :).

Got curious because "Stuga" sounded Swedish.

Öl stuga means "beer cabin" in Swedish:) Must be a great place.
 
Yep, that's it! Lindsborg is dubbed "Little Sweden" & has many Swedish inhabitants. They have a pretty big Swedish festival there every other year (I think) that was always fun to go to. I didn't know that Ol Stuga meant "beer cabin"!! That's awesome :). Oh & I used to have one of those t-shirts, but I got paint on it & threw it out. I wish now that I would've kept it, paint & all!
